- Match you with clinics that accept your insurance
- Provide urgency guidance for your reported symptoms
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third-party advertisers.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Navcuro is currently in early access (v1). At this stage:
- Conversations may be temporarily processed by third-party AI infrastructure (including Relevance AI and n8n) to generate responses
- We do not intentionally store personal information beyond the active session
- We are actively working to implement session-only data handling so no personal information persists after your conversation ends
We will update this policy as our data practices evolve.
5. Third-Party Services
Navcuro uses the following third-party services:
- Relevance AI — for AI agent processing
- n8n — for workflow automation
- Anthropic Claude — for natural language understanding
- Google Maps API — for clinic location lookup
6. HIPAA Notice
